JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 30747 of 2013 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.08.2016. It has been contended that on 02.08.2016, counsel for the petitioner had fallen ill as a result of which he could not attend the court proceedings.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the prayer is allowed.

Let Cr. Misc. No. 30747 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
