The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) (g) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, huge quantity of foreign liquor were allegedly recovered from the pick up van of which the petitioner is said to be the driver. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.04.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40397 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 (G.R. No. 834 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
