The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a,26/35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and his name has surfaced only on the confessional statement made before the police by certain accused persons who have since been extended the privilege of bail and that save and except the confessional statement made before the police, there is no further evidence, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40659 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 495/2016.
