1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2 submits that presently O.P. No. 2 is staying with the petitioner and the petitioner is keeping her with honour and dignity and they are leading a peaceful conjugal life.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the relationship has been restored and the petitioner will ensure that O.P. No. 2 stays with honour and dignity with him.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2072 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
