The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an interim order dated 12.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 7712 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the main

Patna High Court MJC No.2156 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 writ petition is still pending.

Keeping in view the fact that the main writ petition is still pending, it would not be appropriate for this court to pass any positive order in the present matter.

The petition stands disposed of.

If so advised, petitioner may file appropriate petition in the main writ petition.
