The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 294, 354, 509/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 66-A of the I. T. Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.153 of 2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
