JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 At the very outset, Sri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of Zila Parishad, Bhojpur, in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP No. 9, submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. The submission made by learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. On the contrary, he accepts that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. Accordingly, in view of the facts and circumstances, the court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass any positive order. The petition stands disposed of.
