The present petition has been filed with a prayer to allow the petitioner to make correction in the petition i.e. Cr.Misc.No.22977 of 2017 to the extent in the address of the petitioner regarding district, which was incorrectly typed as 'Muzaffarpur' in place of 'Sitamarhi' and since in the petition, incorrect district was mentioned, the same error has been occurred in the Order no.3 dated 26.07.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, such error has occurred in the petition and, as such, he seeks permission to make correction in respect of the district in the address of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38542 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 The prayer is allowed.

It may be done in course of the day.

Accordingly, Order no.3 dated 26.07.2017in Cr.Misc.No.22977 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in place the address of the petitioner i.e. district of 'Muzaffarpur', it may be read as 'Sitamarhi'.
