2. The present writ petition has been preferred for: issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondent no. 6 Circle Officer to demarcate the land bearing Plot NO. 474 under Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No.2056 of 2021(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 No. 49 and Plot No. 477 under Khata No. 67 of the petitioners and fixed the North boundary of the said plots which are situated in the South side of N.H. 82 for redressal of the claim of petitioners that the South Sides of the said plots measuring area of 15 decimals was forcibly encroached by the respondent-NHAI and after demarcation if the claim was found true the respondentNHAI be directed to vacate the same immediately and imposed the cost against the respondent-NHAI of Rs. 10,00,000/-(Ten lakhs) to the petitioners for compensation of the petitioners for their harassment physically, mentally and economically.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the measurement has been done in the matter and in that background, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
