The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaya, Rampur P.S. case No.171/ 2016 under Section 366A, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant/victim alleged that Akshay Kumar enticed her away on the pretext of marriage and kept her in the house of Sudama Kumar. Akshay Kumar established physical relationship with her but when Akshay Kumar was willing to marry with her the petitioner and Sudama Kumar objected the marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father of Akshay Kumar. He objected the marriage only because his son wanted to marry without the consent of his

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in Gaya Rampur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
