This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.345 of 2018 arising out of Chakia P.s.Case no.326 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 302, 303/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of firing on the deceased causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though it is alleged in the FIR that the petitioner fired on the chest but there is no injury on the chest and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He has nothing to do with the enmity between Ritesh Kumar and the informant. He is in custody since

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the witnesses have named the informant as one of the assailant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
