JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 The present application has been filed for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner.
Vide order dated 14.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 656 of 2015 the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with condition that he shall surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks but he could not surrender within the stipulated period. It is stated in the present petition that as petitioner was suffering from acute infective hepatitis, he could not surrender within the stipulated time.
Considering the ground mentioned in the petition, same is allowed and petitioner is granted further three weeks' time to surrender in the court below (learned S.D.J.M., Kishnaganj in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50221 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2 / 2 Kishanganj Mahila P. S. Case no. 64 of 2014). With the aforesaid observation/direction this application is disposed of.
