The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khudaganj P.S.Case No.56 of 2019 dated 23.4.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and401 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that on a complaint petition before the Lokayukta, experienced certificate of the petitioner was found forged and she has been removed from service also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the inquiry has been conducted behind her back and she is still ready to appear before the Hon'ble Lokayukta and cooperate in the proceeding. Further submission is that she has already suffered as she has been removed from the service and she is still ready to co-operate the authority in any proceeding initiated against her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Hilsa District Nalanda in connection with Khodaganj P.S.Case No.56 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that she has to cooperate the authorities and also in the proceeding of the Hon'ble Lokayukta as well as the Investigating Officer in this case. It is also made clear that this order will not bar to the authority in realizing the amount which she has already taken. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
