The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 573 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated that she herself left her house and married with this petitioner in Delhi and living there. She further stated that her husband has falsely been implicated in this case by her father. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
