2. The petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, huge quantity of firearms as well as other articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023. It is further submitted that prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41209 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 order dated 05.04.2024 and 31.01.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 75271 of 2024.

5. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide earlier order dated 05.04.2024 and 31.01.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 75271 of 2024. This time too there is no fresh ground for considering his prayer for regular bail before this Court.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected again

7. However, trial Court is directed to take effective step to expedite the trial.
