Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149/365 of the Indian Penal Code, section 17 of the Cr. L.A. Act and under sections 13, 16, 18 and 20 of the UAP Act, 1967 on the allegation that the petitioner and other 50 to 60 miscreants of MCC outfit organization came to the bridge construction site of Morhar river, kidnapped three persons, who were later on released. They torched JCB and other construction machines. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused Dhanik Lal Mandal has already been allowed bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 8.5.2015, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 11410 of 2015.
