2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 32(2), 32(3), 34, 36, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2023 and there is recovery of 432 litres of country made liquor from his possession and he has twelve criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has been granted bail in all cases in which he is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022.

7. The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as has been offered by him, in the Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Patna and will produce the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing the bail bonds in the court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) issued by the Ram Krishna Mission, Patna and after verification of the genuineness of the said receipt from concerned Ram Krishna Mission, Patna.

8. The petitioner will visit Chowk Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
