ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Azamnagar (O.P. Salmari) P.S. Case No.119 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a land dispute between the informant and Rashid and due to this reason, the names of the present petitioners and Md. Saqueeb have been brought in. It is further submitted that the injuries purported to have been inflicted by these petitioners have been found to be simple in nature and the

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Katihar, District-Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar (O.P.
