Earlier, vide order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22724 of 2022, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn after some arguments. Now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail. 3.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.25/2022 dated 15.02.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Gopalganj. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43514 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw this application. 5.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to file a regular bail application.
