The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he has business of tent house and on 19.02.2021 in the night, unknown thief entered his godown and committed theft of articles as detailed in the F.I.R.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown and the name of this petitioner transpired during the course of investigation after three months on the allegation that some of the theft articles were found from his house, it is further submitted that nothing was recovered

Learned counsel submits that if what has come during the course of investigation is true then the informant ought to have identified his articles which is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is also submitted that since the articles were not put on T.I.P. as such it appears to be a case of false implication. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
