Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.841 of 2022 registered under Sections 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is against the petitioner rather specific allegation is against co-accused Pintu Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No.841 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
