The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 323, 379 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
The matter relates to land dispute between one Raj Kumar Prasasd Paswan and the complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that these petitioners have no concern with alleged land. Neither they have executed any sale deed nor received any amount against the sale of land. There is no direct allegation against these petitioners as they are only witness of the sale deed executed by Raj Kumar

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chef Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Complaint Case No.29C of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
