Mr.Umeshanand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A), 494, 120(A), 379, 406, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42744 of 2019(6) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and opposite party no.2 demanded Rs.50,00,000/- from the petitioner due to that reason dispute could not be settled. On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that since petitioner has performed his remarriage due to that reason the dispute could not be settled and at present, opposite party no. 2 used to reside at Madhaya Pradesh.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
