The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
37 bags of rice and 25 bags of wheat were recovered from the outer house of Kishori Lal. The villagers informed that Kishori Lal purchased the same from this petitioner who is a PDS Dealer.
Submission of the petitioner is that the recovered bags were stitched containing no marks.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52433 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Majhauliya P.S.
