This Court having perused the show cause reply wound find that the directions given by this Court in its order dated 16.05.2013 passed in C.W.J.C No. 7473 of 2013, has already been complied.

The grievance of the petitioner that the payment of salary was not paid for the period 19.12.2010 has to be only noted for its being rejected. The petitioner, as per the show cause reply has been paid his salary after 19.12.2010 for the period he was found to have

Patna High Court MJC No.1683 of 2014 (2) dt.30-06-2015 performed his duty. Thus the remaining grievance of the petitioner for payment certain more salary therefore, cannot be made subject matter of contempt application. Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in taking recourse for payment of salary or any other step that he intends to take as an aftermath of the show cause reply of the Opposite Parties.

This contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
