By the impugned order dated 23.07.2015 the learned Subordinate Judge-VI, Gopalganj has rejected the application filed by the plaintiffs-petitioners in Title Suit No.95 of 1998, whereby the petitioners had prayed that the defendants be directed to produce the gift deed.

Perused the order passed by the court below. It appears that the plaintiffs are the petitioners herein and, therefore, they cannot insist the defendants to adduce evidence in particular way. Therefore, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
