The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner along with other coaccused persons is to have assaulted to the informant by means of lathi, danda, iron rod etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the land dispute is also going on and specific allegation has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45687 of 2024(4) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 not been levelled against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.293 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
