Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 374 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 26 of the J.J. Act, Section 17 of the Bonded Labour Act and Section 3 of the Child Labour Act. Allegation is that the petitioner was found carrying five children for using them as labour. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41235 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 connection with G.R.P. Bihar Sharif (Rajgir) Police Station Case No. 12 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 765 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
