JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 The present Revision Petition has been preferred against the revisional order dated 07.03.2011 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Naugachia, in Criminal Revision No. 17 of 2011/16 of 2011. However, as per sub-section 3 of Section 397 Cr.PC, Second Revision Petition is barred.

2. As such, this Criminal Revision Petition is not maintainable, being hit by Section 397(3), Cr.PC.

3. However, at this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is seeking permission to convert the present Criminal Revision Petition into a petition under Section 482 Cr.PC.

4. Permission is granted.
