2. The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'the BNSS, 2023') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehends arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2024, lodged on 24.11.2024, under Sections 127(1) /115(2) /118(1) /109 /352 /351(2)/3(5) of B.N.S. 2023.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail.

5. The application for anticipatory bail in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43707 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 with Salimpur P.S. Case No.349 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy of seeking regular bail before the Trial Court. The Trial Court without being prejudiced by the order of this Court shall pass order considering the merit and demerit specifically the injury.
