The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that this is a case of civil disputes and no criminal liability is made out against the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
