The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16302 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

Earlier, vide order dated 17.05.2023, the period to surrender was extended by six weeks but the petitioner failed to surrender and now again, prayer for extending the period to surrender has been made.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the period to surrender.
