2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioner who is said to have assaulted the informant on his head by means of iron rod, as a result of which informant sustained head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged

The dispute arose on account of electricity connection as fighting took place between both the parties. Both the parties are co-villagers. The injury of injured persons has been found to be simple in nature, as is evident from the Injury report as contained in Annexure- P/3 series. There is no allegation of repeated blow found against the petitioner as same is evident from the F.I.R. In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, no offence is made out against the petitioner as alleged in the first information report. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is ready to cooperate in the investigation.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43188 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 3/3 Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The application stands allowed.
