The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 366(A), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners others including Prem Sagar Verma kidnapped his daughter. The petitioners are father, mother and brother of Prem Sagar Verma. The victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which is annexed with the supplementary affidavit as Annexure-3. She disclosed that she herself left the house and solemnized marriage with Prem Sagar Verma. The victim disclosed her age to be 20 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32422 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 40/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
