23.09.2015 No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. The Petitioner submits that even though the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre the dispute could not be resolved. The report of which has not been received. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 22.11.2013 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms as well as the terms noted in the order dated 15.04.2014 in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2010 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Informant as earlier directed by this Court. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
