The petitioners seek bail in CIS No. 646/2019, arising out of Risiup P.S. Case No. 54/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that during vehicle checking police intercepted one pick-up van and one Maruti Suzuki. On search total 39.6 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the pick-up van. Petitioners were apprehended by the police, who were found sitting in the aforesaid pick-up van. It is further alleged that total 115.4 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the Maruti Car. The persons sitting in

Petitioners are in custody since 09.06.2019 having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the clean antecedent of petitioners, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with CIS No. 646/2019, arising out of Risiup P.S. Case No. 54/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
