2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11436/2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court on 23.02.2024, but petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court in time due to illness of petitioner and the doctor advised him to complete bed rest for three months and hence, he prays that time for surrender may be extended for further period of four weeks from today.

4. Learned APP for the State does not controvert the said submission.

5. Accordingly, time for surrender of the petitioner, name above in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 426/2023 is extended for further period of four weeks from today.

6. In the aforesaid manner, order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11436/2024 stands modified to the extent stated above, in respect of petitioner only.

7. With the aforesaid observation, this modification petition stands disposed of.
