ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is the husband, who is in custody since 27.6.2017 in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.148 of 2017 registered under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad. In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly administered poison and the girl reported the matter to the informant through mobile, but soon thereafter her mobile phone was snatched, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
