The petitioner is in custody since 20.6.2017 in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.139 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 366-A/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is of abduction, yet the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that she herself has gone willingly with the petitioner to Delhi and thereafter she returned back and reported to the Thana.
