The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case no. 201 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A), 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife, where both parties resolved the dispute through the process of mediation under the memorandum of agreement, which is the part of the Mediator's report dated 14.11.2019.

Priya Shekhar, JMFC, Patna in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 201 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
