Case No. 136 of 2016 it has wrongly been typed as Beur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2012 and similarly, in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, it has wrongly been typed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Accordingly, in last paragraph of order no. 2 dated 09.12.2016 in place of Beur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2012, it be read as Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 and similarly, in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, it be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45004 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Accordingly, order no. 2 dated 09.12.2016 stands modified to the above stated extent.
