This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Rurkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S.Case no.98 of 2018 dated 19.2.2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he stabbed his own brother-in-law (Sala) causing grievous injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than eight months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58607 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
