JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 The writ petition was disposed of directing payment of entire retiral dues of the petitioner. A show cause has been filed by the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. stating that all the dues that to which the petitioner was entitled, have been paid. The petitioner disputes the same. The petitioner states that as he retired in 2007, he was entitled to Sixth Pay Revision with effect from 1-1-2006.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation states that the Corporation has taken a decision to implement the recommendation with effect from 1-1-2012. As such, the

3. Be that as it may, in my view there being substantial compliance of the order of this Court, this proceeding stands terminated. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the entitlement, as granted, he would be free to agitate the same before the appropriate authority or forum, as he may be advised.
