Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.325 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 08.06.2018 but First Information Report was lodged on 10.06.2018. Name of the petitioner has come on the basis of information given by spy. He is is custody since 11.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59964 of 2018 (3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.325 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
