1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023, dated 27.04.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel Mr. Setu Prateek appearing for the petitioner are that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against him and during investigation his role in the alleged crime surfaced in the restatement of the informant and the mobile number which was used by the accused persons in calling the informant does not belong to this petitioner, though

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43647 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 against him there are criminal antecedents of five cases but he has got bail in all the said cases and he has been languishing in jail since 08.04.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP Mr. Anil Kumar Singh No. 1 appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering the above submissions as well as nature of allegation and the completion of investigation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to accept the petitioner's prayer for bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023.
