The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.131 of 2017, a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2017 in a case wherein F.I.R. has been registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56674 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
