JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the order of this Court dated 15.01.2014 stands substantially complied with, with passing of the reasoned order by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna dated 22.12.2014 brought on record by way of Annexure-A to the show cause reply filed on behalf of Opposite party No.2.

In such circumstance, I do not intend to proceed any further in the present contempt proceeding.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have the liberty to question the legality of the said reasoned order dated 22.12.2014 in accordance with law before appropriate forum. This application is disposed of accordingly.
