The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 120(B), 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d)(g), 32,41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Prosecution case relates to recovery of 1909 empty bottles from the house of co-accused Md. Chand and Md. Gulsad.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise No. 2, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023.
