2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she abused and assaulted the informant while he was fencing his land. The petitioner also assaulted the daughter of the informant on her head using dabiya and dismantled the fencing.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that both the parties are neighbour and on account of fencing of boundary wall over a piece of land, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44959 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 present alleged incident took place in which the petitioner has assaulted over the head of daughter of informant by means of dabiya. He further draws the attention of this Court towards the injury report which shows that injury is simple in nature and the petitioner is a girl of 20 years of age. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the nature of injury, age of petitioner as well as she has no criminal antecedent, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court, Purnea where the case is pending in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Ranjan Kumar Jha, J) rishabh/- U T
