Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S.Case No.10 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of I.P.C..
Allegation in brief is that the deceased had affairs with one Priyanka Kumari and, therefore, he was killed by contract killers.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant says that the petitioner along with other three persons were seen lastly with the deceased in the market but the source of information was not given though only material against him is the confessional statement of one co-accused Amol Sahni @ Amol
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57309 of 2017 (3) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Kumar who has been admitted to bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.8566 of 2017. Moreover, petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 17.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional C.J.M.
